Shipping & Refund policy
At Akali Antwerp, we believe that a great shopping experience doesn't end at checkout. That's why we've made our shipping and return process as simple and transparent as possible. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Shipping
We process and ship all orders with care and attention. After your order is placed, we prepare it for dispatch as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Belgium or the Netherlands, but we always aim to get your order to you in a timely manner.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available), so you can follow your package every step of the way.
All applicable shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. There are no hidden fees.
2. Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. We handle every return request on an individual basis and always aim to find the most fair and customer-friendly solution.
We offer two options depending on your situation:
Partial Refund: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund that allows you to keep the item. This option is available when the situation calls for it and will always be discussed with you first.
Return & Full Refund: If you prefer to return the product, you can send it back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a full refund without any hassle.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item you received was damaged upon arrival or we sent you the wrong product.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use or are returned without packaging may not be accepted.
Refunds are always processed using the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.
Once we receive your return and it has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
3. How to Request a Return
Starting a return is easy. Simply send us an email within 30 days of receiving your order at info@akaliantwerp.com and our team will get back to you promptly with all the information and instructions you need to complete the return process. We aim to respond to all return requests within 1 to 2 business days.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation quickly, whether that means sending you a replacement or issuing a full refund. In these cases, return shipping costs are fully covered by us.
